We hope you enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday and have made it through Black Friday as well as Cyber Monday with ease.
We're writing to remind you that we'll be hosting a reception for the artists featured in our current exhibit, Portfolio: Gallery Artists, this Thursday, December 5, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
From time to time we like to present a show that features work by more than one or two of our gallery artists. These exhibits give us the opportunity to highlight some favorite images that we've shown before or to introduce new work. It gives you a chance to revisit images you've loved or get a preview of a new body of work that will be coming from one of your favorite artists in the near future.
This time around, in addition to highlighting some great work, we'll be featuring two of our artists who have recently had a monograph of their work published. Jane Fulton Alt, whose book The Burn was published by Kehrer, and Beth Moon, whose book Between Earth and Sky was published by Charta. Both Jane and Beth will be in the gallery the evening of our reception, December 5, to sign copies of their books.
This exhibit is chock full of wonderful images because in addition to Jane and Beth's work, we're spotlighting work by Sharon Beals, Susan Burnstine, Andrea Camuto, John Chervinsky, Michael Crouser, Susan Friedman, Stephen Galloway, Tom Hawkins, Jennifer B. Hudson, Isa Leshko, Bill Mattick, David Pace, Michael Starkman, Peter Steinhauer, Takeshi Shikama, Larry K. Snider, Elisabeth Sunday, and David Wolf.
We know it's a busy time of year, but hope you'll be able to stop in on December 5. And keep in mind if you can't make it to the reception that Portfolio: Gallery Artists runs through January 11, 2014.

Corden|Potts Gallery is located at 49 Geary Street, Suite 410, in San Francisco. Gallery hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11 am to 5:30 pm, and until 7:30 pm on the first Thursday of the month.
