Volunteers Needed for Housing Conference

Dear Prospective Volunteers: SCANPH is looking for several excited, hardworking, and motivated volunteers to assist its staff and Board of Directors in producing a successful 26th will take on various roles at the SCANPH Conference including registration and check-in, workshop oversight, way-finding, etc.  Conference volunteers will be eligible for discounted admission to the Conference of only $150 or $25 for students.  The time commitment is approximately 8 hours including 3 - 4 hours of service the day of the event leaving plenty of time for volunteers to participate in the professional development,  networking, and social opportunities for which the Annual Housing Conference is known.  The  volunteer commitment includes: 1 hour Mandatory orientation and training at the SCANPH offices Tuesday, September 30, 2014 or Friday, October 03, 2014 2 hours Pre-conference help in SCANPH office (Dates announced at Orientation) 1 hour Mandatory hotel walk-though (Dates announced at Orientation) 4 hours SCANPH Conference, October 09, 2014 (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) Discounted Conference Admission Price for Volunteers: $150 or $25 (students w/ valid ID) Volunteer positions are available on a first come, first served basis. Attached you will find an Orientation Checklist, Volunteer Profile Sheet, Volunteer Pledge, Volunteer Photo Release Form and Volunteer Schedule.
