Hello friends of Modernbook! Here is a quick reminder that tonight is the First Thursday Art Walk! Join us from 5:30-7:30pm as we welcome Bay Area artist, Ryan Bush. Over the past year, Ryan has been hard at work creating images for his Memoria and Multiple Visions series. The exhibition will take place September 6 - October 27, 2012. Current Exhibition 
Please join us tonight, September 6, 5:30-7:30pm as we unveil our fall exhibition, Multiple Visions, new work by Ryan Bush.
Multiple Visions refers not just to the multiple ways there are of seeing, but also to the technique of multiple exposures that Ryan uses to create the photographs. Each photograph is created by combining multiple exposures together in the camera, rather than in Photoshop. This spontaneous process is full of surprises and serendipity, just like our dreams and imagination.
The exhibition will include more than 20 of Ryan's works, both from his new color series, Multiple Visions, and from his monochromatic series, Memoria.
Reception: September 6, 5:30-7:30pm
