Dear Kevin,

Thank you for being a San Francisco Bicycle Coalition Bicycle Ambassador. With your support, our advocacy is yielding powerful results and making our streets safer and more comfortable for you and your loved ones. Thank you!

Imagine what would be possible if there were more members like you...how many more miles of bikeways would you be riding on by next year? Volunteer as a Bicycle Ambassador and strengthen the SF Bicycle Coalition's voice by recruiting more members, who provide the necessary resources, volunteers and clout for better biking.

Bike to Work Day is almost here!
  • Energize commuters at one of 27 neighborhood Energizer Stations, handing out Bike to Work Day bags and goodies in the morning or evening. Sign up to volunteer now (and grab a friend to volunteer with you) at sfbike.org/vol_sign_up_btwd.
  • Join me to stuff 6,000 Bike to Work Day bags at our annual Bike to Work Day Bag Stuffing Party this Wednesday, May 2, 4:30-8:30pm at the Sports Basement on Bryant. Enjoy snacks and dinner on us, and be a part of the success of Bike to Work Day. Please note: this event is not at the SF Bicycle Coalition office. Wednesday, May 2, 4:30-8:30pm, Sports Basement, 1590 Bryant St (at 16th) in the garage.
  • Strong arms or no gym membership? Help us load and unload the bags to and from the office that afternoon or after the Bag Stuffing Party ! Email me to be a party loader or unloader (at 2pm or 9pm) this Wednesday.

Why is your Bicycle Ambassador work so important? With a 71% increase in bicycle trips in San Francisco in the past five years, it's more urgent than ever that San Francisco speed the pace of change for bicycling improvements. Your membership and membership recruiting helps make everything we do possible by providing the resources necessary to keep bicycling improvement projects on track.

Thank you for all you do,

Tessa
